If time permitted, there are a few things that we would have liked to investigate and try to incorporate into our project.
Some of these ideas include:
> Being able to see what you are taking a photo of before you actually take the photo.
> Fix the pan and tilt mechanism so it was more secure and the tilt was actually working.
> Look into having motion detection - a picture would be taken if the camera detected any movement.
> Look into facial detection - being able to detect a face and possibly take a photo.
> Home Security - security camera that would record either all the time so you could watch it back or it could be streamed to a web server and viewed from any device that could access the internet. This could also involve the motion detection i.e. capture a photo of an intruder.
> Possibly more digital camera like features for example, being able to delete selected photos or having a zoom functionality.
